The HVA28TD is capable of performing VLF and DC testing, as well as sheath testing with sheath fault location mode. In terms of performance, these test sets offer outstanding features given their small size and weight in relation to their output load. Their duty cycle allows for continuous operation without being thermally limited. Safety is a top priority with these test sets. They are equipped with two independent earthing devices (electronic and mechanical discharging) and an integrated 12 kV transient protection system at 50 Hz.
